Summary: In this episode we interview Kelsey Jordan, Savage Babe ambassador, a 21 year college engineering student and power lifter in the USAPowerlifting federation. She walks us through her journey of how she overcame body dysmorphia and unhealthy relationships with food to curing that with her newly found love for powerlifting, feeling strong, and the community it brought about to help her stay motivated and excited in the sport.
